Welcome to the Corso website. Please read the following Terms of Sale carefully before making a purchase from our online store. By purchasing items through the site, you agree to be bound by these "TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
These Terms of Sale may be updated from time to time. If we make changes to these Terms of Sale, we will post the modified Terms of Sale on the Site and update the “Last Version” date.
We recommend that you review this sales information before making any purchase through the site to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.
Availability and prices
All items offered for sale through our website are subject to availability, therefore we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose quantity limits on any order and discontinue offering the products without prior notice.
We display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products that appear in the store, however, we cannot guarantee that the color display will be accurate on your computer screen or any mobile device.
All prices are shown in Mexican pesos and are only the value of the product, they do not include shipping costs or other customs taxes. To change currency, you can do it from the upper right part of our website. The price will be displayed according to the exchange rate of the day.
Payments
You can make payment through your PayPal account or credit or debit card.
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the amount total of your order (including shipping costs or other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any issues we encounter to proceed with your order. Should you wish to change or update the payment information associated with your account on the site, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. This is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete that transaction. Once completed, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by retailers and their service providers.
Copyright
All content and materials on our site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are owned, controlled or licensed by Corso and protected by Mexican copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and reprint hard copy portions of the site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the site or using the site as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of the content of the site without our consent is strictly prohibited.
Delivery time
All orders placed in our online store receive the highest priority.
The shipping process can begin the same day or the day after the purchase was made (business days). Once the shipment is processed, delivery time is 2-3 business days. There may be exceptions of 4-8 business days for delivery to extended areas.
As orders are placed from multiple locations, please note that some items may not be available in stock. If the product you purchased is not available at the time of order processing, a representative from our customer service team will contact you.
Taxes
Customs taxes vary depending on the country of origin of the purchase and will not be covered by Corso, therefore, we are not responsible for the collection of said tax.
Returns & Exchanges
(National and international)
For us it is a priority that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept the product for exchange within the first 10 days from the delivery date. You can choose one of the following options:
- Exchange the item for another available item,
- Receive a credit for the amount you paid for the item, this credit can be used on future purchases through our website.
We do not refund currency.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted on end-of-season discounted pieces. Discounts only apply to online purchases.
It is important that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, preserving the original packaging and labeling. Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted unless it has a manufacturing defect. Some restrictions may apply.
Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged in physical stores, except for some previously authorized exceptions.
Special orders are personalized products, therefore, they will not be accepted for exchanges.
Due to the artisanal process carried out in each of our pieces, it is possible that some of the colors or shapes may vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our website. Each piece is made by hand and with unique natural materials, therefore, no single piece is exactly the same as another.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A CHANGE
Send change request to info@corso.mx with the following points:
- The order number that appears on your order
- Reason why you want to make the change
- The item you want to exchange
Once the return of the item is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid FedEx guide to the email registered in the purchase and you must follow the following steps:
Print the guides (in case of international shipments, also print the proforma invoice sheets that are attached to the file).
Pack the items with their original packaging and labeling.
Go to the nearest FedEx delivery point, deliver the pre-paid guides and verify that the package is sent completely closed.
Once we receive the package, the returned items will be carefully examined. Once we verify that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the requested change.
Cancel an order
You can cancel any order as long as the order status is "In Process". If the order is in "Sent" status, cancellation cannot be made.
